Photography has a special place in my heart. To me, it's is one of the foundational backbones of what makes sports media what it is. Obviously video can provide more context and more emotion to events, but there is nothing quite like photographs. It's the snapshot of time that seals it for me. They can show pure emotion, triumph, sadness, or whatever emotion they convey in the image. It's truly a moment locked in place for history.

I've been a photographer for 10 years and have taken photos for several companies and just for my own fun. Whether it's been for sports, music performances, or whatever else they may be, it's always been one of my favorite things to do. Below are some of my best and favorites I've taken.
